Hanne Thomsen, a freshman at Santa Rosa Montgomery High, won the elite section of the girls 3,200 meters in a personal-best 10:14.46 and placed second in the top section of the 1,600 meters in a lifetime-best 4:49.02 at the 13th Dublin Distance Fiesta at Dublin High. Thomsen eclipsed the 3,200 meet record of 10:24.33 set last year by Sophia Nordenholz of Albany.
