Foothill Pleasanton CA senior Russell Sullivan placed third in the elite section of the boys 3,200 meters at the 12th Dublin Distance Fiesta at Dublin High. Sullivan clocked a personal-best 9:15.44, improving on his 9:15.64 effort from last year's Sacramento Meet of Champions.
